Neoregelia Dr. Oeser

Bromeliad Neoregelia Dr. Oeser was made in the 1960s by East German, Dr. Oeser.  It has been a Neo hybrid mainstay ever since.  Deep, rich maroon coloring, mottled with yellow/chartreuse spots.  Importantly, this plant has a unique, velvety sheen to the leaves that doesn’t occur in many, if any, other Neos.  Grows to 60cm.
